1️⃣ What should I do before and after the sunbathing lamp?
It is best to use a scrub to exfoliate the night before the sunbathing lamp. This is so that the skin can better absorb the tanning lotion when the sunbathing lamp is used, achieving a better tanning effect. But be careful to exfoliate gently. Do not rub too much, otherwise it will damage the skin surface. Sensitive skin is not suitable for sunbathing lamps! For daily skin care, you can use body oil or moisturizing body lotion without whitening ingredients for body care. In this way, the tanned skin will not only have a shiny feel but also a texture.

2️⃣ How long should you tan at a time?
It is generally recommended for beginners to start from 3-5 minutes. For a machine with a higher power, start from 3 minutes. During the sunbathing process, feel whether your skin has a tingling feeling. If there is no adverse reaction during the sunbathing process, you can try to add one minute next time. For a machine with a higher power, a maximum of 12 minutes is enough

3️⃣ How much tanning lotion should be applied? How to apply it?
Generally, we will help customers apply the product on their backs, and other parts of the body need to be applied by themselves. When applying, the main amount should not be too much or too little, just the amount that can be absorbed by the skin. Pay attention to apply it evenly and not just all at once. You can apply more on the shoulders, neck, chest and calves, which are not prone to coloring.

4️⃣ When should you wash off the tanning lotion?

Take a shower 2-3 hours after sunbathing, so that the tanning lotion stays on your body longer and continuously stimulates the secretion of melanin in the skin. And it is best to go to the sunbathing lamp after fitness.
